Drop Shot not only stands for sportive excellence. We are also interested in the people. After a training or a game, we often have a little chat and drink together. No obligation, just for fun. We also participate in (international) tournaments together and every year we organise an Internal Tournament and an ‘Oliebollentournament’.

At the moment, Drop Shot counts about two hundred members. All ages are represented: the youngest member is 10 years old and the oldest one is 72 years old. We also join the leagues on several levels: we have a ‘beer team’, but there is a team in the national league, third division too.

Drop Shot does not have a stop during Summer. You can play all year round. We also do not have a system to change players: after two played games, our players give up the court for other players. Like this, everybody has the opportunity to play.

Would you like to join us and participate in our activities? You can click around on this website, but you can also come over during weekdays (except on Fridays). There are always many members around to show you the way and tell you a bit more about our club. If you bring sport shoes and, if you have one, a racquet, you can even play a little game to experience our way of enjoying badminton.
