De organisatie van BC Drop Shot bestaat uit een Algemeen Bestuur en ondersteunende commissies. Het Algemeen Bestuur bestaat uit drie vrijwilligers, die jaarlijks tijdens de Algemene Ledenvergadering (ALV) worden benoemd. Het bestuur is verantwoordelijk voor zowel het sportieve als financiële beleid van BC Drop Shot.
