The communications committee is responsible for matters that need to be communicated: sponsorship, website, and all other matters.

Since June 13, 2020, we have an Instagram page, so you can also go there for information and fun facts. As an added bonus of the Instagram account, Kaylee van der Wiel has joined the communications committee, mainly for the management/monitoring of the Instagram page.

We are still looking for communication talents who are willing to join the communications committee for an average of 1 to 2 hours per week and help manage the website and inform members and outsiders about all kinds of matters within the club. The technical committee is responsible for the competition teams: their composition, performance, and other relevant matters related to the competition.

The technical committee consists of:

• Menno van Gerven

As the club's Competition Contact Persons (CCP), Xiao Wei Feller and Wessel Eerland regularly meet with the TC.

The Youth Committee is responsible for youth activities, tournaments, youth competitions, youth training, and other matters relevant to young people.
The JC also manages the youth trainers and regularly consults with the TC and the board.

The JC consists of:

With the number of youth members still growing, 3 JC members are not enough, and we would like to see the JC grow by at least 2 members. If you are interested, please contact one of the JC members or send an email to jeugd@bcdropshot.nl. 

The sponsorship committee is responsible for matters relating to sponsorship, such as club shirts, events, the club magazine, the website, and all other related matters (email to: sponsoring@bcdropshot.nl).

The sponsorship committee currently consists of one enthusiastic member:

However, we would like to add some additional marketing or PR talent to further expand the group of sponsors.

De jeugdcommissie draagt zorg voor de jeugd: activiteiten, toernooien, jeugdcompetitie, jeugdtrainingen en andere relevante zaken voor de jeugd.
De JC stuurt daarnaast de jeugdtrainers aan en heeft geregeld overleg met de TC, het bestuur en de Hoofdtrainer Jeugd Marcel Bijen.

De JC bestaat  uit:
Anwar Orie (voorzitter), Petra Pauw-Vugts, Barbara Stoeten, Peter van der Torn (stopt aan einde seizoen), Vincent Dijkstra.

Voor het nog steeds groeiend aantal jeugdleden is een bezetting van 4 JC leden te weinig, en zien we graag de JC groeien met minstens 2 leden. Heb je interesse, neem dan contact op met één van de JC leden of stuur een mailtje naar jeugd@bcdropshot.nl 

The audit committee is responsible for auditing the accounts.

The audit committee consists of:

The events committee organizes activities for all members: outings, dinners, game nights, sports activities, internal tournaments, and drinks parties.
This committee also has a few empty seats waiting to be filled by members who enjoy organizing events, often on behalf of or in consultation with the board.

The tournament committee organizes the various tournaments of BC Drop Shot: Grand Prix Master Final (May), Summer Tournament (August), Winter Tournament (January).

• Kaylee van der Wiel
