We are organizing another awesome BC Drop Shot training day, one week before the season starts. In addition to plenty of sports, there will also be time for fun, good food, and drinks. This is the perfect opportunity to get to know Team 1, your own team (for a nice team photo), the players, and the coaches! Can’t make it for the entire training day? Then feel free to join us for one of the sessions or just come by for the barbecue.

What to expect

• Training Block 1*: Performance Training - Endurance / Strength
• Training Block 2*: Doubles and Singles Training - Technical / Tactical / Mental
• Training Block 3*: Matches - Opponent Analysis
• BBQ and drinks**

Price

€15,- per person for the entire day                                                                            €7,50 for the BBQ only

Rules

1. Maximum capacity for 50 people.
2. Registration is a commitment to pay.
3. Payment via direct debit (debit 2 months prior to the event or immediately if registration is less than 8 weeks before the start of the weekend).
4. Cancellation up to 8 weeks in advance is free. After that, 50% of the costs.
5. Lunch is not included and must be provided by the participants themselves.
6. Before the event begins, an email with more information about the day schedule will be sent out. If there are not enough participants, the organizers may decide to cancel the weekend.
