Alternative Badminton Program

Due to the measures, sports halls are only open until 17:00. For many badminton players this means that the training sessions are partially canceled or are often no longer possible at all. That is why, together with one of our sponsors Physiopraktijk Rijswijk, we offer an alternative program for at home or at the gym.

Two-day program

The program consists of some general exercises and more sport-specific parts. You see two days in the schedule.

• Day 1 is more strength oriented.
• Day 2 more on conditional aspects.

You can train daily with this variety and strength and condition. A range of exercises has been made. You can do anything, but of course you don't have to. Always make sure you warm up well before you start!
