The whole day the rain seemed to be a big bummer, but just in time it got dry and even the sun regularly broke through the clouds.
Trainer Dave Macaré had set out a circuit of 10 parts and the youth players started full of energy after some explanation and with the help of assistant trainer Kaylee van der Wiel.
Getting out, jump smash, furbies, skipping, footwork, the youth players really worked up a sweat.
Every Thursday from 4.45 pm to 5.45 pm on the grounds of the VUC Football Club (opposite Sports Center Mariahoeve) until the sports hall is open again!
