Successful training day

The annual training day of BC Drop Shot was again a nice mix of training, fun and getting to know each other (even) better.

This time we were guests of 'our neighbours' football association VUC. On the main field we traditionally started with an outdoor activity. Because movements are all slightly different, this results in muscle pain for some.

Inside, we jointly presented the plans again and put down our rules of the game a bit more clearly and were able to hear how the players reacted to it. These rules have now been communicated club-wide.

Afterwards there was plenty of time for a good lunch and informal conversations.

After lunch two hours into the hall. Forms of training under the inspiring leadership of Paul de Graaf to end with different party forms.

Right on time we closed this intensive and fun day with a dinner. It is known from a reliable source that the muscles played up for quite a long time.
