Successful training day

The annual training day of BC Drop Shot was once again a great mix of training, fun, and getting to know each other (even) better.

On August 27th, we were guests at our 'neighbors across the street', football club VUC. As tradition dictates, we started with an outdoor activity on the main field. Since the movements are all a bit different, this resulted in some muscle soreness for a few people. 

Inside, we once again presented our plans together, clarified our rules a bit more, and listened to how the players responded. These rules have now been communicated club-wide. 

Afterwards, there was plenty of time for an excellent lunch and informal conversations.

After lunch, we spent two hours in the hall. Training exercises under the inspiring guidance of Paul de Graaf, finishing with various match formats. 

Right on time, we concluded this intensive and enjoyable day with a dinner. Reliable sources report that the muscles kept acting up for quite a while afterwards.
