Training day successful

On September 3rd it was training day at Bc Drop Shot. A very successful training day with 35 participants.
After a short introduction we set out for an hour of Bootcamp outdoor.
After some attention to legs and core we enjoyed a lunch where we introduced each other. The program then continued in the sports hall on 10 lanes.
After such a wonderful effort, the day ended with a relaxed satay buffet with players, supervisors and sponsors. In addition to sporting effort, the connection with each other is also well established. That is exactly what is meant by uniting.
