Training

At BC Drop Shot, we offer training for everyone. From young to old, from team 1 and all competition teams to recreational players. All training sessions are supervised by experienced coaches from the club. The goal is different for everyone, but you are guaranteed to be actively engaged in sports. The selection training sessions are included in the membership fee. Any additional training sessions may be charged separately if applicable. 

• During the season, competitive players can train up to three times a week. Click here for more information about the senior training schedule and the coaches.

• During the season, youth players can practice up to twice a week. Click here for more information about the youth practice schedule and the coaches.
• In August, additional preparatory training sessions will be scheduled if there is sufficient interest.

Coaches
A variety of coaches lead the training sessions at BC Drop Shot with enthusiasm and professionalism. Our goal is to give every player personal attention. To that end, we strive to assign enough coaches and assistants to each group.
