The communications committee is responsible for matters that need to be communicated: sponsorship, website, and all remaining issues.

Since June 13, 2020, we have had an Instagram page, so you can also find information and fun facts there. As an added bonus of the Instagram account, Kaylee van der Wiel has joined the communications committee, mainly for the management/monitoring of the Instagram page.

We are still looking for communication talents who would like to strengthen the communications committee for an average of 1 to 2 hours per week and help manage the website and inform members and outsiders about various matters within the club. The technical committee is responsible for the competition teams: their composition, performance, and other relevant matters related to the competition.

The technical committee consists of:

As Competition Contact Persons (CCP) of the club, Xiao Wei Feller and Wessel Eerland regularly meet with the TC.

The youth committee is responsible for the youth: activities, tournaments, youth competitions, youth training sessions, and other relevant matters for the youth.
The YC also supervises the youth trainers and regularly consults with the TC and the board.

The YC consists of:

• Ravi Nookala

For the still growing number of youth members, a team of 3 YC members is too small, and we would like to see the YC grow by at least 2 members. If you are interested, please contact one of the YC members or send an email to jeugd@bcdropshot.nl 

The sponsorship committee is responsible for matters related to sponsorship, such as club shirts, events, club magazine, website, and all other related issues (email: sponsoring@bcdropshot.nl).

The sponsorship committee currently consists of 1 enthusiastic member:

However, we would like to add some extra Marketing or PR talents to further expand our group of sponsors.

The youth committee is responsible for the youth: activities, tournaments, youth competitions, youth training sessions, and other relevant matters for the youth.
The YC also supervises the youth trainers and regularly consults with the TC, the board, and Head Youth Coach Marcel Bijen.

The YC consists of:
Anwar Orie (chair), Petra Pauw-Vugts, Barbara Stoeten, Peter van der Torn (leaving at the end of the season), Vincent Dijkstra.

The audit committee is responsible for checking the bookkeeping.

The audit committee consists of:

The events committee organizes activities for all members: outings, dinners, game nights, sports activities, internal tournaments, and social gatherings.
There are still some empty seats available in this committee for members who enjoy organizing events, often on behalf of or in consultation with the board.

The tournament committee organizes the various tournaments of BC Drop Shot: Grand Prix Master Finale (May), Summer Tournament (August), Winter Tournament (January).
